Way Too Dense

So my last trip to the Orange Circle where I photographed the old man on the bench was gold. I followed the Massive Dev Chart app for the developing times for Lomography Berlin and it said 9 minutes and 45 seconds at 70° in D-76 stock solution. I thought that was a long time. I adjusted the time slightly as the developer was warmer than 70°. But still it fried. I think the developer to water ration should have been 1:1. Well, this roll was a disappointment but so it goes in photography - get out there and do it again.
